- Check out Bellagio hotel’s conservatory and botanical gardens, featuring more than 13,000 square feet and thousands of exotic plants and flowers. Admission is free. Later, be sure to head behind the conservatory to the Jean-Philippe Patisserie, home to the world’s highest chocolate fountain. Enjoy a decadent pastry, candy, or gelato.
- Don’t miss the Imperial Palace Auto Collection, home to one of the world’s largest and finest collection of antique, classic, muscle, and special-interest cars. Cars are available to look at and, if your pockets are deep enough, to purchase as well.
- Be a dolphin trainer for a day at the Mirage. You’ll participate in the daily activities with the dolphins and their trainers, and you will have the opportunity to play with the dolphins, train them, and feed them. Participants must be at least 13 years old.
- See the Bellagio’s lobby ceiling, which is covered by $10 million worth of blown-glass flowers by famed glassblower Dale Chihuly.
- Come face-to-face with the sharks at Mandalay Bay. Visit the Shark Reef Aquarium, where you will see all kinds of sharks as well as sawfish, giant rays, endangered green sea turtles, piranha, moon jellies, and rare golden crocodiles.
- Journey to downtown Las Vegas and the Fremont Street Experience. Visit legendary casinos, like the Golden Nugget, Four Queens, and Fitzgerald’s, enjoy free entertainment, and see the incredible overhead light and sound show.
- Experience Las Vegas’ past at the Neon Museum. See the Aladdin’s lamp, the Hacienda’s horse and rider, and many more classic neon signs. You can take a free walking tour in downtown Las Vegas and see 10 of them—or visit the Neon Boneyard that contains 150 signs.
- Escape the hustle and bustle of Las Vegas with a relaxing gondola ride at the Venetian. Modeled after authentic Venetian gondolas, there are several gondolas on the canal and in the lagoon at any given time. Gondolas make their way through the Grand Canal Shoppes, beneath bridges, and below the quaint shops and cafés that line the canal.
