- Take a ghost walk by candlelight through the streets of Colonial Williamsburg. You’ll hear the history and folklore of this old city along with spooky stories.
- Visit the College of William & Mary. Founded in 1693 by a Royal Charter issued by King William III and Queen Mary II, it is the second-oldest college in the nation. Enjoy a free guided tour of the campus that boasts four U.S. presidents among its graduates.
- Visit Williamsburg Winery, Virginia’s largest winery. Most of the wines have historical references listed on the back of each bottle. Enjoy a tour, stroll through the barrel cellar, and visit the production area. Once you complete the tasting, you can purchase your favorite wines in the wine shop and enjoy lunch or dinner at Gabriel Archer’s Tavern.
- Enjoy dinner at King’s Arm Tavern for traditional Southern fare. Opened in 1772, it quickly became one of the town’s most popular establishments. Reservations are recommended.
